At I Provok, we strive to provide you with the highest quality custom clothing. As all our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is factory defective.
If you receive a product that is factory defective, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photographs.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item to us for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any products that are not factory defective. This includes sizing issues, color variations, or dissatisfaction with the design.
